The forward-thinking owners of Flue Tech Inc. commissioned a website in the early years of their business. Since that time website technology has evolved, as have the expectations of website visitors.

Flue Tech contacted us to redesign their website with a modern look and feel that would appeal to their existing customer base and segments of their business they would like to grow. They requested a design that was easy to navigate and would allow customers to effortlessly schedule service.

We began by developing a pleasing color palette based on their current branding and polishing up their logo. We choose an updated font combination that’s modern yet classy. And we pared down the number of pages on their over-grown site to streamline the content and make it more navigable.

Finally, we added a robust contact form for visitors to schedule service. The form features conditional logic that displays additional fields based on the type of service the visitor is requesting. This makes it easier to collect important information without adding the barriers that a long contact form typically creates.

Flue Tech’s updated, easy-to-use website is doing the trick. After going live their contact form submissions increased. That’s what it’s all about – more business.
